Instructions for Registration
1. Fill out the form below and click submit.
2. Then mail your $50 deposit to:

On the check, include your cell and home phone number. Make checks payable to Sewing Center Unlimited.
The $50 deposit must be sent to insure your place in a class. The balance will be due at the first lesson. All classes not cancelled 24 hours before session are subject to fee for the class. There will be no refunds after the first class begins. 24 hours notice must be given if you are not going to attend class or student is responsible for payment for the lesson. Classes are 8 consecutive weeks unless previously arranged. You will be notified via phone regarding the day and time of your lessons.
